Not all sterilization cycles are equal. As a certified Class B sterilizer, the Hygoclave 40 utilizes a high-performance fractionated pre-vacuum system. This advanced technology completely extracts trapped air from the chamber before introducing high-pressure steam, allowing heat to deeply penetrate the most complex dental instruments—including hollow handpieces, surgical lines, and porous materials. Digital Traceability and Accountability are a seamless experience

We are convinced that transparency and strict record keeping of your health is a must! The Hygoclave 40 has a 5″ high resolution colour touch screen interface which displays the parameters in real time. All of the individual sterilization cycles, temperature curve and pressure reports are automatically recorded and stored in the unit’s memory.

These digital sterilization logs are securely transferred to our clinic’s central database via Wi-Fi and Ethernet integration. This helps our clinical staff to trace, confirm and record the exact sterilisation history of the instruments we are using for your particular dental appointment, ensuring a seamless line of safety.
